Problem with Buying Original

I poke da Babbage D:
One of my friends graciously offered to buy my red panda "luck bringer" piece from me, but she encountered a problem when buying it.
She said all was well but encountered the infamous "found a bug" when she went to checkout.

since is was being buggy we did the transaction without the site, but the problem being is she removed it from her cart- but its not back as listed in the originals. I wanted to remove it as a listing but not have it be stuck someplace in limbo on the site.

Im sure this can be corrected and what not :3 I just need it to be removed from the originals section as I cannot do it myself., so as we dont accidentally have a double purchase by a mistake!

thanks much :3

I had a similar problem with one of my customers as well! I assumed this was fixed but it seems not :O

I got the email from what happened, and was able to fix it and get it online last night. Terribly sorry about that! Needless to say, that's all buttoned up, and I removed the original product too, so someone can't buy it again. :)

I need to document this somewhere. What happens when someone puts something into a cart, is that for a couple hours it goes on 'hold' so nobody else can put it into a cart (to prevent accidental double-purchases). The problem Thornwolf ran into was related to that, and has been fixed. This new thing involved buying an original when it was the only thing in the cart. I won't get into the nitty gritty, other than it's fixed, and tests were written to check for this sort of thing in the future. I only know of one other art site on the net that allows selling of originals, so this is somewhat new territory. :) It's part of the reason we had to write the cart ourselves.

Thanks much Babbage! its comforting to know as this new years I plan on making more traditional media pieces ands trying to refine my skills in that area, which of course means more originals up on AS ;3
