I decided that I should post my portrait of Vizon, as it is still a work in progress, and I don't think anything is wrong with it. That means I'm blind to anatomical errors, and so if you see any - or other errors (i.e. folds in clothing, angle of chair), please let me know before I get too far. I am using a photo reference of a coworker to base the sketch off of, as I couldn't quite get a natural pose to come out on paper free-hand :(
Please critique!

I think Scraffic mentioned that you were looking to get more natural poses. Turns out, there's a good number of video tutorials that were done by past instructor of mine. Watch the gesture ones (there's two) and the shapes one. Try to bear your way past the singing. ;) But seriously, this is good stuff:

Shapes/Construction:

I can give a more detailed critique later, but those videos are a good start on process. :)
