Picture resize problem

I have a great dilemma on my hands. I don't have a scanner, photoshop, or the ability to upload any computer programs that are able to resize pics due to the unchangeable memory space left on my computer. And all of my pic's enlarged images come out way too big, but until I get one of my friends to scan my pics for me (which will be a long wait) I can't do much. I need some advice on this perplexing problem. Please help!

Art is meant to inspire... so hurry up and be inspired already.

there are downloadable trail versions of photoshop...and take decent digital photos of your artwork

You can resize pictures in Paint.
That cute, almost useless program that comes with every PC.

Just use the select tool and select all and then resize away!

If you want to use an art program that's a little more robust than Paint but can't install any software, there's a portable version of The GIMP that you can put on a USB jump drive and run it from there. http://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/gimp_portable
