Any body live in the Philadelphia area?

anybody live in the Philly area?

I'd like to meet fellow art friends who I can get together with sometimes and just discuss drawing and illustrating and other things that we can talk about that'll benfit our own work.

Anyway, I'd love to hear from you!

Im in NY but sometimes when I'm bored and have a spare 50/60 bucks laying for round trip local trains (SEPTA, NJT and LIRR) around i take the train down for a afternoon :3

Oh didn't know you were so local. I'm just over in NJ. :) I went to college in Philly actually.

What part of Philly? I'm in Norristown which is just east and an R6 or 100 & Blue line ride into Center City.

I live in the Art Museum area. So I can walk out the door and see all the art museums in my area:)

well, I figured after the holidays people wouldn't be nearly as busy to meet up somewhere. so should we aim for post holiday time on a weekend?

Agreed. Actually I've been playing around with an idea for a while. Picking like a Friday Night or something and doing an art Jam meet. :) I've just been way uber busy. XD

I'm game! Saturday might be better for me than a Friday but should be able to make either happen. :)

I get home from TX on Jan 6th. And I just wanted to say that whenever I go anywhere, I try to take the train if it'll be a long day. Its nearly impossible to park late at night in my area so I try to avoid having to do that as much as possible.

January sounds like a good time for me :3 I need something to break those after holiday doldrums :3

It's February now! I just stumbled on this thread. I live north of Philly in Warminster. There are a LOT of furry folks around here. I even live with a fellow furry artist! :3

yeah, i have a friend who lives in Warminster. maybe on one of my days up there, we can swing by a local Starfucks and meet up and discuss art :)

of course you can come, even you and i could just hang out if not everybody could make the trip. I live in the art museum area on Philly. so if you ever want to venture down, let me know and we can make a date and place to hang out.
