Two questions-originals and uploads

First question:

For some reason when I try to upload a jpeg to the site it takes way longer but a png doesn't take as long. I've tried making the file size lower but it really drags its feet. What could I be doing wrong?

Second question: I have several originals listed for sale that are no longer available, butwhen i try to edit them to make them unavailable for sale, it tells me the address of the person who purchased it, who I already shipped to /last year/. They have it, they've confirmed, how do I get around this and remove the original?

Hmm, thanks for bringing these up. Regarding the first question, I'll look into it. It shouldn't be an issue, but it might have to do with image processing. I've been meaning to upgrade the backend of that for awhile.

Regarding originals, I'd need to check, but I think that they are kept around as a permanent record, but it could also be just that they aren't being removed properly. I'll look into it, and perhaps work on a reorganization of how to manage originals and prints. That does need to be redone to be a bit nicer, and more clear. I've entered an issue in our tracking system.
