Emailed "Artspots" team and no replies :(

I emailed the team about 4 days ago and nobody got back to me.

I have quite a lot of ideas to make this place more user friendly and being into Photoshop graphics I can do a visual representation on the additions I would like to see on this great site. Thing is Ive sent in a couple already and received no email no reply not even a note. I would like to be a spotted member but if the replies are nil then how is the site going to evolve? Just thought I would throw this out there and see who bites. I know how busy life gets but an email doesnt take very long to wright. I want to help. I like this site.

well um.. who did you send it to? Judging by what you've said it sounds like there are a lot of ideas to go though and respond to in a proper manner it may take some time. Though it's the weekend now, some of the staff may have some more time. Weekdays can be a bit rushed.

(BTW you know there were a lot of people in the chat when you joined, you left before any of us said hi >_> )



4 days is not a long time to wait for an email. I would just be patient. Besides, there's more than one person that run this site, maybe they have to discuss things first?



Seconding Thorn. Most new ideas probably have to be discussed with the entire team before they can even be considered. It usually isn't just a question of "good idea/bad idea", but rather if the idea can be implemented without disrupting current coding. Although, given what I have seen, I don't think there is anything that the team can't do if they set their minds to it.

Adopt one today!


It's also quite possible that any potential ideas are filed for later implementation or consideration. Not sure if that's how they do it here, but I know that's how it's done in certain other sites.

Sorry about the late reply, I should clarify that only Seurat has access to the Service email, and he's been working on some other things with the site so it might be a little bit, but please be patient, we would love to hear your ideas and will get back to you shortly :)
