Bonjour, yet again, everyone! Yet another day, yet another announcement.

From the start, this site has had a focus on improving anthropomorphic art, not only on a broad scale, but also on an individual scale. It is with this in mind that we are now offering a $500 scholarship for the fall 2008 semester. Use it to cover tuition or, most likely, art supplies. :)

Submissions (art, essay, and unofficial transcripts) will be accepted until midnight, July 31st. The winner of the scholarship will be announced in mid-August with the disbursement to be sent out on August 31st.

More details can be found on the new scholarship page we have put up, and questions can be answered here!

You guys are really cool. :D

How awesome is that? :D

This site does make me gleeful to be on it!

Totally gonna apply. :3 Seurat I sent you an email with some questions pertaining to my personal situation, I hope that's okay!

good luck everyone!

What a cool thing to do! I'm not schooling, but yay for the applicants! =D

Well, turned mine in. Good luck everyone! I can't wait to hear who got it :)

*crosses fingers with everyone*
The suspense is killing me!

Wow... This site actually offers scholarships? That's incredible :) I'm a bit miffed that I graduated this past May already, but that doesn't change how impressed I am and hopeful for the applicants! Good luck everyone!

So its after mid August, who won? :D

I concur with Thornwolf...I'm dying to know who won...but even just a list of all the applicants would suffice to satiate me.

Thanks again for providing this great opportunity to struggling furry artist/students

I wish I would have heard of this sooner - what a wonderful thing to do!

Well, it was a very close race that's for certain. We're still calculating the winner. We had no idea it would be so close, so we're trying to weigh some things out, but we'll have the results soon!

Thanks for the heads-up, Gauguin. I'm sure I speak for many when I say that we're running out of claws to chew on anxiously.

...once the winner's been announced, it'd be interesting to know who else tossed their proverbial hat into the proverbial ring.
