Okay didn't mean to come off as rude up there. It's just a an incredibly complex question with no real answer, which really requires some research on your part. That community can pretty much tell you everything you need to know. :>

Another good place to start is looking at fursuit galleries. http://www.beetlecat.ca for example, this girl constructs some of the best realistic suits I've ever seen. But it all depends on what you want. Good luck!
