Congratulations, AmonOmega! Please send a description of your character of choice as well as a few reference pictures to toulouse (at) artspots (dot) com. Just write a paragraph or so about your character's personality and physical traits - it doesn't have to be very long, but it should be nicely descriptive, of course! Also provide links to online examples of your character, if at all possible. (if you don't have pictures available on the internet, just send the images as an attachment). Let's get this show on the road! I would like to start the TP tomorrow, have the poll up by next Friday, and start a new one on Monday. I am determined to be more consistent from now on, as long as enough entries are posted to stay on schedule. So chop-chop, everyone - we are once again returning to a week-long TP!

Yay! Thanks for all of the entries everyone! :) My friend Mike (aka Shadis) asked me to thank everyone for him and to say that they were all really cool and he loved all of them! Hehe. I'm voting his suggestions too which of course I can't reveal, but was a tough decision for him I'm sure. :)

Karu: Yeah feline muzzles are just a puzzle to me. :P Maybe from drawing canine muzzles so much. They kinda blend into the forehead in a way that I can't draw well. Hehe. Cool start though! WolfReign: Wow! I love this one! I saw a few sketches you did but this came out best I think. Love how you did the front paw and the tail too, really has a fluffed-out look to it. :)

Sudan: And here we are looking into some work from Sudan's "Blue Period" ;) I always love blue (or red) pencil sketches though! And there's nothing normal about Shadis, believe me. Hehe.

Slipping in under the gate here most likely, but I felt inspired by the other entries. A bit bland, but fun to just work in my blue sketching pencil again. :) PS Interesting fact! If you invert the colours in PhotoShop, Shadis turns into a "normal" tiger! XD

ok, still working on my pic for the trading post but just in case I don't make the deadline I'm posting one of my other sketches. Hopefully I can get this finished but I think the one I have right now needs major amounts of tweaking.

Whoo, traditionally colored picture! Been awhile. :D With some tips from oCe, added some more shadows with the blue color which I think helped round him out a bit. Done with colored pencils (Prisma verithins) which are fun to mess with even if I dunno what I'm doing with them. Dunno if this can count towards the voting thing either, being it's my own TP. ^.^ So not to be included in the vote. Happy birthday Mikey!
