I just tried to renew my subscription using my card (Saves paypal faffing around) and when I hit for yup that's fine it went straight to the bug page. Hasn't gone through clearly as it's still in my cart but yeah.

Ahh. Same issue in a different spot, nothing was processed. Fixed that too. Ran through a checkout myself, so you shouldn't get another error. If you do, you know where to find me, obviously. :)

Thanks, but now when I go through checkout, I get all the way to the very end, submit my order and... the error page. Item is still sitting in my cart, no payment notification.

Problem is fixed. It was an embarrassing typo on my part which caused the page not to load, unrelated to processing.

Ack! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I shall investigate. If the order is still in your cart, then the payment hasn't gone through. The system is designed to be 'tolerant' up until a payment is processed, so that when a payment goes through, you will be notified by email, the order will show up, etc. I am a bit paranoid about this sort of thing which is why I designed it that way. :)

I'm trying to order a print, but as it walks me through the checkout stuff, once all my info is entered in, it takes me to the 'you found a bug' page. Now the item is still sitting in my shopping cart, and I haven't gotten a payment confirmation, so I'm pretty sure the order just hasn't gone through. Is there something I should do to make the purchase work, or is it a bug on the software end of things?
